Dress Code and Uniform

The ethos and culture of our new Academy will be similar to that of a modern business. Like the best businesses, the Academy will have high expectations of everyone who works in it. All students will be expected to do their best and to exploit their talents to the full.

Students will wear an academy uniform. They could often find themselves working alongside business people, those from the fields of science and technology and possibly even potential employers, so it is important they look smart and presentable.

The design of the new uniform involved key staff and members of the school council from the predecessor school together with other professionals, therefore the end product is a uniform designed by and for the students.

Ordering Uniform

It should be noted that, in order to give an identity to the uniform and reinforce the establishment of the new ethos and culture associated with the new Academy, specific items of the uniform will feature an embroidered Kettering Science Academy logo.

 

New intake parents are encouraged to order before August 1st.
