art X tra – KSA’s exhibition of art, design and technology
Kettering Science Academy’s Faculty of Art Design Technology would like to families of KSA students to an exhibition of a selection of the students’ recent work.
Kettering Science Academy’s Faculty of Art Design Technology would like to invite families of KSA students to an exhibition of a selection of the students’ recent work.
The exhibition will feature work from each year group and includes painting, drawing, printmaking, textiles, product design, textiles, sculpture and graphics.
Head of the department Mr Bean said ‘This is a curated exhibition organised by members of the art X tra group that meets on Wednesday afternoons. This group has been exploring their own creative ideas in a range of media, extending work initiated in lessons in addition to making new work.
‘We hope you will join us in celebrating the work of our creative artists and designers.’
The event will take place on Thursday 20th July 2017 from 6.30-8pm.
Items and refreshments will be available. All proceeds made will be reinvested back into the art club.
