Jason Underwood was asked if he would like to help out during the holidays over a year ago and he made such an impression that he was asked if would like to take up some paid work to fit around his studies.

Now he can be seen replacing computers and monitors, installing new power supplies and helping to sort software issues.

Although Jason is not planning a career in IT - he wants to join the police force - he said the experience has given him a unique insight into the world of IT.

He said: "I have learned a lot since I started: it's shown me just how difficult it can be to solve IT problems and how complex IT can be."
