There are still places available for students to join the Academy‘s next ski trip to Austria.
Students from all years at Kettering Science Academy are being invited to take part in the ski trip to Austria in February 2016,  during the half term holiday.
The trip will be fully organised by an approved company that deals with school trips. The trip will allow for the students to gain experience on the slopes and for many it will provide the opportunity to learn how to ski.
Mr Liam Feely, one of KSA's physical education teachers,  will be the lead staff member for the trip and has participated in many of the Academy’s previous skiing trips.

For this ski trip to go ahead the school is looking to take more than 30 students at an estimated cost of £780 each, which includes:

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.
  • Return travel to Austria by coach.
  • Skis, poles, helmet and boot hire (parents are required to provide clothing).
  • A ski pass for one week.
  • Six days of four hour lessons with an hour’s lunch break.
  • Evening activities such as bowling, swimming, ice skating etc.
  • Annual ski hoody to keep

For more information and to reserve a place please find the trip letter below.
A deposit of £100 is also required. The original deadline for deposits has been extended.
