The Sixth Form Charity Committee is organising a host of activities to take place in the Library for Children in Need next Friday, 13th November.
The Sixth Form Charity Committee is organising a host of activities to take place in the library for Children in Need next Friday, 13th November.
The Sixth Formers will be setting up their stalls in the Secondary Phase library over lunch time next Friday and will be looking to sell cakes, sweets, wristbands and teddy bear ears.
There will also be variety of activities being run to raise further funds on the day, including a lucky dip, leg waxing, name the teddy bear and a raffle.
The student committee members are also currently looking for donations for raffle prizes and would welcome donations being dropped off at the main reception ahead of next Friday.
Tickets for the raffle will start being sold from the beginning of next week for 20p a ticket or £1.00 for a strip.
Items of official Children in Need merchandise are already been sold in the Academy's library starting at £1.00 for wristbands. Other items on offer include pens for £2.00 each, Pudsey ears for £2.50 and a Small Pudsey bear for £6.00. Full price list
