All students need to arrive at Kettering Science Academy by 9.30am.  Students should enter the academy through the main school entrance on Deeble Road where they will be guided to the Main Hall.  The day ends at 4.00pm and students can be collected from the Community Entrance. If they are leaving with older siblings, they need to be collected from the Main Hall at 4.00pm.

Students need to wear their primary school uniform on this day.  All students will be provided with a drink and a snack during first break and a lunch during second break, however, if your son/daughter wishes to bring a packed lunch, they may do so. Some students will be taking part in Physical Education at some point during the day and therefore we require students to bring a PE kit.

Arrangements for Transition Day Parents’ Evening on Monday 8^th July 2019

The evening begins at 4.15pm in the Main Hall and will finish at 6.30pm.

There will be three parts to the evening:

1.       Mr Segalini (Principal) will give a presentation about the academy including details for the coming year and Mrs Fennon (Head of Year 7) will give details of daily life and expectations.  There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.

2.       Parents meet the form tutors and further details about life at the academy and role of the form tutor will be discussed. E-mails can be exchanged and there will be an opportunity to ask questions and share information about your child if you require it.

3.       Uniform Supplier - Karlsports will be available for students to try on and purchase any uniform.
