Dear Parents and Carers 
 
I am sure you have seen today that unfortunately we have had technical issues with our online teaching provision through Teams, this issue is completely out of the Academy’s control and lies with the main provider.  I can assure you that we have directed all of the Trust resources to support this provider with solving the issue. 
 
In the meantime, we will have to continue with online resourced-based learning so that the students can access tasks to complete at home.  These tasks can be found by subject on their Year Teams page and this will be supplemented by email attachments sent to their school email addresses.  I am hoping that this alternative provision is only very temporary until Friday at the latest as my intention is to return to full online teaching as soon as possible.
