I hope you have all had an enjoyable summer break and are ready for the new academic year. At the end of last term, we sent out the plan for the return of students in September.  This included details about the staggered start for some year groups.

We have included this information below for your reference.

Wednesday 6^th September

Year 7, Year 11, Year 12 and Year 13 students only.

All students need to be in their full KSA uniform and school will finish for all at 3pm.
Year 7   Arrive for 8.40am

Line up outside the main reception to be greeted by KSA staff. All Year 7 students go straight into assembly.

Year 12 & 13  Arrive for 9.30am

Line up outside the main reception to be greeted by KSA staff. All Year 12 & 13 students go straight into assembly

Year 11   Arrive for 11.30am

Line up outside the main reception to be greeted by KSA staff. All Year 11 students go straight into assembly.

Thursday 7^th September            
All students.

All students need to be in their full KSA uniform and school will finish for all at 3pm.

Year 7   Arrive for 8.40am.
Line up on the left hand side of the main entrance and enter school as normal. Head to wing for tutor time.

Year 8  Arrive for 8.40am.
Line up on the right-hand side of the main entrance to be greeted by KSA staff.
All Year 8 students go straight into assembly.

Year 9  Arrive for 9.15am.
Line up on the right-hand side of the main entrance to be greeted by KSA staff.
All Year 9 students go straight into assembly.                                            

Year 10  Arrive for 9.40am.

Line up on the right-hand side of the main entrance to be greeted by KSA staff. All Year 10 students go straight into assembly.                                            

Year 11  Arrive for 8.40am.

Line up on the left-hand side of the main entrance and enter school as normal. Head to wing for tutor time.

Year 12 & 13      Arrive for 8.40am.

Enter school as normal and head to 6^th form block for tutor time.

Year 11 Students Period 6
Following feedback from parents, students and staff, we have decided to amend the way we offer additional support for students in Year 11. There will therefore be no timetabled lesson 6 for Year 11 from September and students will finish school at the same time as all other year groups.  This will enable Year 11 students to participate in co-curricular clubs and will also allow us to plan and deliver targeted interventions with smaller groups of students.
