KSA recently held a digital resilience programme called ‘Be Strong’ organised by The Diana Award Anti-Bullying campaign. Our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors as well as students from Thomas Deacon Academy and Thetford Grammar School attended the programme.
A group of students in Year 8 and 9 recently visited London to watch the dress rehearsal of the lion king, at the Lyceum theatre. The trip was a reward for excellent behaviour and effort of the students in drama and allowed them to studying the skills and techniques the actors and actresses used.
Congratulations to Year 11 student Bernard Dec who made it through to the Intermediate Maths Olympiad. To qualify Bernard was one of the top 500 highest scorers in the Intermediate Challenge back in March.
Our big journey to Greece 2018 Trip started on 21st March, we had some tiring travelling but it was fun. When we say tiring it wasn’t too hard it just affected us the next day.
A group of students studying drama from Year 8 – 10 recently took part in a four-day trip to Greece to help improve their performing arts skills. The students visited famous historical sites and took part in a variety of professional performing arts workshops.

This year the Academy is excited to announce that it is taking a group of students on a Performing Arts trip to Greece, the origin of theatre.
The Academy recently held the Year 5 and 6 Brooke Weston Trust Sports Festival.
