Two students were rewarded with Principal’s Pens after recreating the solar system with cake pops as part of their science lesson.

Year 7 have been learning about space this term and as part of the topic, they were tasked with

creating replicas of the solar system to help them learn the order of the planets and their key features.

Two students - Lauren Reynolds and Nicole Sparey - made an extra special effort and used the medium of cake to demonstrate what they have learnt. Both girls were rewarded with Principal’s Pens by Mr Davies who was very impressed by the hard work they had put into the project.
