Praise has been given to KSA students who showcased their dancing talents at a recent Brooke Weston Trust event.
Students from Years 7-11 took part in the inter-trust Dance Showcase evening at Brooke Weston last Thursday, June 18th and they performed alongside students from Brooke Weston and Corby Business Academy.
The students performed a varied programme of dance routines at the Corby school and the organisers commented that the show had been ‘the best the trust has run to date.’
PE Teacher at KSA, Miss Hannah Fox said: “The showcase was a massive success with all three schools performing exceptionally well. With a variety of dance styles being performed, the show included a mix of exciting dances that really showcased the talent the three schools within the trust have. The dancers involved from KSA were a credit to take over to Brooke Weston and were fantastic representatives of the school. All their hard work and committed paid off on the night as they performed with style and energy, proving to be true professionals throughout the whole day.”
Miss Fox added: “The dance teacher at Brooke Weston credited all the girls commenting that the showcase was the best the trust has run to date. Big congratulations to all the girls involved.”

The KSA students that took part were: Jazmin Eady, Lily Newstead, Anna Smith and Jasmine Butcher (Year 7) , Esther Osewa , Tanya Kuveya , Kayleigh Troutman, Leona Simms, Diamond Smith  and Sophie Tucker (Year 10) and Megan Keech, Katy Herring and  Lottie Pedwell) (Year 11)
