Careers

Timely Advice exists for the benefit of all students from any year group at KSA. Independent careers advisors offer help, guidance which is impartial and objective.
The advisors engage with students, businesses and support agencies to ensure they are following the right pathway at the right time for them as individuals.

Careers guidance is a progressive journey. Timely Advice offer planned programmes so that students receive the relevant careers information and education that is suitable for their age. They aim to equip them with the skills to be effective planners of their own career throughout life.

The careers advisors are available almost every day at KSA, to guide students through their next steps and provide advice on further/higher education and training.
Careers Advisors from Timely Advice meet with all Year 11s during the year and arrange further sessions as and when required.

They are also happy to see students by appointment in the library.

They are happy to provide one-to-one support, assistance with application forms, personal statements and careers guidance to encourage students to consider all the options available to them and what steps they need to take.

KSA has also acquired two software programmes to help pupils further explore their career options.
