Students must report it to reception as it might have been handed in. Any money on the card will be safe and will be transferred to the new card. If you need a replacement card you can buy one for £3.50. This price includes a new card holder.

It is not always possible to speak to a teacher during the day as they will be in their classrooms teaching. Your child's form tutor should be your first point of contact, click here for a list of key staff.

Please inform us as early as possible if  your child can not attend school. Our preferred method of communication is the Edulink App.

We would also appreciate it if you could please update our office staff with your current contact details should they change, in case your child falls ill during the school day, as this is a key safeguarding requirement. 

In order not to interrupt the school day, we prefer it if appointments are made after 3.30pm where possible.  If not possible, please inform the Academy with as much notice as possible, emailing reception@ketteringscienceacademy.org advising us of the date, time and who will be collecting your child.  This person must be a named contact.

Parents are discouraged from taking holidays during term time and holidays will not be authorised.

In the first instance it is advisable to speak to your child's teacher or form tutor.  If the matter is not resolved please make an appointment to see your child's Head of Year. click here for a list of key members of staff.
