History: On a Slave Ship by Amy Kirby (Year 8)

In Business, Year 10s have set up their own Young Enterprise company after being given an introduction to directorships, trading and profits and the idea of forming a social enterprise. Students will run their own business for a year, taking on different roles and opening a bank account to see how successful their venture can be. They will benefit from the expertise of two business advisors from RCI. Students have already designed and produced their own t-shirts and have exhibited at a trade fair in Milton Keynes in January.
The tie-dye business also supplied t-shirts for a history trip that took place in July.
