Sixth Form Leavers Assembly

Today, Year 13 students gathered with teachers and family to celebrate their time at the school, their achievements and to say goodbye and good luck to one another.

Today, Year 13 students gathered with teachers and family to celebrate their time at the school, their achievements and to say goodbye and good luck to one another.

Ms Jane Watson, Head of Sixth Form opened the assembly by welcoming everyone to the event and talked about how proud she was of all the students and their achievements.

The Head Boy and Girl also gave a speech to say thank you to their teachers and good luck to their fellow students.

The audience then watched a slideshow of the students’ time at the school whilst Ms Watson said some words about each student.

After the assembly finished parents, students and staff gathered in the restaurant for coffee and cake and spoke about their fond memories of Sixth Form life whilst looking through a selection of photos.

We wish Year 13 students all the very best.

A message from Ms Watson to Year 13 students:
I would like to take this opportunity to wish you good luck in the future.

It has been my pleasure to work with you over the past two years and watch you grow in to the fabulous young adults you have become.

You now have a new and exciting challenge ahead, which will allow you to achieve your goals.

I will miss you all however I am happy knowing how successful you are going to be.

Good luck and stay in touch,

Jane Watson
