BTEC Music students showcase their talents

Year 10 students are required to perform in front of a live audience as part of their coursework, therefore, the Academy hold an annual concert after school, which both students and staff are invited to watch.

Together the Year 10 students form a variety of bands, each playing different instruments such as the guitar, piano, drums or sing to showcase their talents.

Head of Music, Mr Dolby said: ‘Well done to all the students that took part. You showcased some amazing talent and it’s great to be able to put on this concert to share this with the rest of the school.

‘You should all be very proud of yourselves.’
