You may or may not be aware of a popular app amongst young people named ‘Discord’, which is described as a gaming chat app. It has come to our attention that some young people on the app are receiving indecent images and video’s from other young people, but on occasion adults too.  Further information about the app can be found in the attached guide and https://www.net-aware.org.uk/networks/discord/.  

Please remember to regularly talk to your child about online safety, check your child’s phone and report any illegal activity to the Police on 101.
