Dancers to Perform in Professional Stage Show
Three dancers from KSA are to appear in Alice in Wonderland at the Royal & Derngate Theatre in the coming weeks.
Luke Overson, Ellie Boyle and Hayden Carter are all members of Patchwork dance company in Kettering.
They are part of a group of dancers who will join professional actors for the show at the Northampton theatre, which seats around 500 people.
In total, the trio will appear in five shows from November 30th, giving them time to perfect their performances.
This particular version of Alice in Wonderland is based around a talent show and Luke, Ellie and Hayden will appear as part of a group called Jam Tarts. Their dances will incorporate a section of ballet with urban and street dance.
They have already danced at the Castle Theatre in Wellingborough and at Wicksteed Park but this is the biggest show they have done so far.
Luke said: "Doing it several times means you get the rush several times when people give you a round of applause."
