A Level Results

KSA celebrated a 96% pass rate in A Levels this summer, with a large cohort of pupils going on to higher education.

The success stories included Courtney Morson, (pictured) who achieved three Bs in biology, chemistry and history. She is off to Sheffield Hallam University to study human biology. She said: "When I got my results I thought, the two years of hard work was worth it. I'm really excited about starting my university course and having that independence."

Adele Northern also gained three Bs in politics, history and biology and will be studying history at university in September.

Naomi Entiriwaa was awarded an A in A Level Dutch, a C in business and a distinction star in ICT. She said: "I'm excited and relieved at the same time. It was hard work but if you put the effort in, it can go well."

Principal Martin Campbell said: "We're delighted with the increasing number of pupils gaining A Levels, particularly those achieving three or more passes. The overall pass rate is still high at 96%, with many exceptional performances from students achieving their target grades."
