Sixth Formers organised a week of fundraising at the Academy for Comic Relief which concluded on the Friday, 13th March with activities being run on Red Nose Day.
Throughout the week, ahead of this year’s RND event, the students were selling Red Noses and raffle tickets during CAPS time to raise money for the charity appeal.
Raffle prizes included a Next gift card and Easter eggs donated by the Tesco and Morrison stores in Kettering.
A charity dodgeball tournament was also held after school and on Friday activities were held in the library including a cake stall, competitions and a number of students volunteered to have their legs waxed for a donation.
The total raised by the Secondary Phase so far stands at £535.
