Students deliver Christmas Hampers to Skylark Ward

Year 11 students recently held a concert to showcase the Academy’s dance, drama and musical talents.
Well done to one of our Year 8 student, Jorja, who has been awarded five medals for her highland dance talents at The Magics competition held at Disneyland Paris.
The Academy is once again hoping to take a group of students on a ski trip to Austria where they will learn how to ski and enjoy a range of activities in the Zillertal Valley.
A group of Year 9 students from Kettering Science Academy, who successfully made it onto the newly-formed Brooke Weston Trust elite rugby squad, attended their first training session as members of the team.
Kettering science Academy welcomed over 800 visitors to their open evening, in which Year 6 students and their parents were able to take part in activities, talk with subject leaders and look around the facilities the Academy has to offer.
Kettering Science Academy students won four awards at this year’s Brooke Weston Trust Sports Awards, organised and hosted by BWT Director of Sport Kirstie Smith.

This week, approximately 500 students from Year 7 to Year 9 took part in a virtual field trip with Google Expedition.
The Academy will be hosting a Harry Potter Night in the library on Thursday 2nd February. Students will be able to participate in a quiz and lots of other Harry Potter themed games.
