Sport Relief Mile at Kettering Rugby Club

Year 7s joined the Chief Executive of Sainsbury’s to complete the Sport Relief Mile this afternoon.

One hundred KSA students ran the mile at Kettering Rugby Club along with Justin King, who is running 32 miles in regions across the county over four days.

All the runners - which included other Sainsbury's staff - were divided into groups and KSA's Kelsey Walsh saw off adult competitors to win the first run with ease.

The students got behind Mr King to cheer him on and were even interviewed by BBC Radio Northampton.

KSA's Sport Relief efforts don't stop there - next week will see students and staff go head-to-head in a dodge ball tournament.
