James Handley was awarded the badge and card for making a model of the Blue Peter studio and taking pictures of it and then putting the photograph into a calendar.
James sent the calendar into the television programme and his efforts were rewarded with the badge and card.
The card gives James the opportunity to visit a number of attractions nationwide for free.
He is currently wearing his badge on his school blazer with pride.
SENCO Officer at KSA, Miss Kayleigh-Jay Incles said: “This is a massive achievement for him and something he will treasure forever.”
