Awards For French Chefs
A selection of Year 8 students who took part in a recent French Master Chef style event have been rewarded for their vocabulary work and cooking skills.
A selection of Year 8 students who took part in a recent French Master Chef style event have been rewarded for their vocabulary work and cooking skills.
At the end of last month students participated in a Master Chef style lesson which tested both their knowledge of the French language and their skills of cooking a varied menu of dishes.
French Teacher at KSA, Mrs Anne Reeve-Mavrommatis praised the students for their hard work throughout the whole of the term which had led them to preparing, cooking and serving up their chosen menus.
Following the cooking event she selected a small group of students to be awarded for their efforts.
The students were this week presented with a Master Chef wooden spoon award and the individual students won the award for a variety reasons.
The wooden spoons were given to the following students:
Dylan Mutebi for excellent French.
Kyle Campbell for excellent research.
Jessica-Leigh Hughes for excellent progress.
Illaria Bradbury for excellent research.
Stefania Lefter for excellent French.
Kevin Gappi for excellent French and research.
Arran Bedford for excellent application.
