Our students are being invited to join up to the Academy’s new choir which is to be launched after the half term week.
The vocal group is open to students from all year groups to participate in and get involved with on Wednesdays after school.
Lead teacher for music at KSA, Mr John Dolby said: “As we develop the Music department at KSA and the extra-curricular provision for students, the Music department will be offering students the opportunity to join its latest addition to the extra-curricular provision here a vocal group.
“The vocal group will be called ‘KSA Sharps and Flats’ and it will run every Wednesday after school from 3:30pm. It is open to all abilities of singer and vocalist, aiming to make singing fun for all involved.The group will be starting after the May half term and I look forward to seeing you there.”
The first session for the group will be on Wednesday 8th June in the main music room (AMI 1.02)

The logo for the choir was designed by Year 11 student, Kieran Dunkley.
