Coventry Trip  

As part of our year 12 preparation for university, we took all of our year 12 students to a university day in Coventry. During the day they got to have a personalised tour of the campus as well as attend specialist subject talks. The bespoke day was organised by the university to give our students an idea of what a city campus university feels like. The day was a great success and gave a real insight into what a university can offer as well as gave students an idea of what to expect when they begin attending open days on their own in the summer term. In the coming months during their Global Learning sessions, students will be given a range of information about future pathways that will allow our students to make informed decisions about their futures. Nottingham Trip 

We also had the opportunity to take Y12 to both, the University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University.  They were able to compare the two different environments, both campuses had student advisors to help them find the information they needed and our Y12 students had time to explore both Universities to see what they could offer them. This gave them a great insight to the two different Uni lives in the same city.
