Key Stage 3 Overview:
Key Stage 3 language lessons students learn the fundamentals of the language as well as gaining awareness of culture in the Francophone and Germanophone countries. Students benefit from instruction and practice in the four skill areas of speaking, listening, reading and writing. By the end of Key Stage 3 students should have a firm grasp of the fundamentals and produce language with increasing accuracy and complexity.
Key Stage 4 Overview:
In Key Stage 4 language lessons students continue to improve their understanding and production of language ensuring accuracy and complexity of language grow. Time is spent carefully preparing students for success in terminal examinations.
